Free VST plugins and samples links
Here is a list of links to free plugins and samples.
When I'm making music, I try to use a maximum of free samples and plugins,
together with FL Studio (All Plugins Edition).
Plugin packs
Native Instruments KOMPLETE START
That's a free pack by Native Instruments containing 7 synthesizers, 9 sampled
instruments (through Kontakt Player) and 2 effects.
You need to have/create a NI account to use them.
dblue Old Plugins
Windows.
It has Glitch, Crusher, Stretch and TapeStop.
Effects
xfer OTT
A well-known multiband compressor in the EDM/Dubstep scene.
Glitchmachines Hysteresis
Hysteresis is a FREE glitch delay geared toward creating robotic artifacts
and musical malfunctions.
Hysteresis is a versatile effects processor geared toward electronic
musicians and sound designers. Process anything from drums to synths, guitars,
vocals and sound effects. On top of being able to create contorted signal
mutations, it can also be tamed to generate classic delay effects.
Glitchmachines Fracture
Fracture is a FREE buffer effect geared toward creating robotic artifacts and
musical malfunctions.
Fracture is a versatile effects processor geared toward electronic musicians
and sound designers. This plugin was designed to add glitchy articulations and
abstract textures to your projects. Use it on anything from drums and
percussion to synth lines and sound effects. Fracture's intuitive interface and
diverse features make it simple to give your projects a unique technical edge.
Camel Audio CamelCrusher
Another well-known effect, this time for compression and distortion.
Quite difficult to find since Camel Audio was bought by Apple.
ValhallaDSP Freq Echo
Not necessarily stoned, but beautiful.
Freq Echo is perfect for dub, Dr. Who, and all of your psychedelic needs.
Bode-Style Frequency Shifter + Analog Echo Emulation create surprising sonic
effects. Subtle chorusing and double tracking to barberpole phasing and
flanging to endless glissandos and runaway echos.
Other free effects by ValhallaDSP:
iZotope Vinyl
A plugin useful for lo-fi sounds officially dubbed as
"The ultimate lofi plug-in".
You need to have/create an account.
Other free effects by iZotope:

Surge XT
I think Surge XT is the greatest open-source virtual instrument ever released.
It contains lot of features, you have to go to their website.
Vital
To me, it's a great free alternative to the massive xfer Serum synth.
The free version contains 75 presets and 25 wavetables.
Samples
Cymatics Free Download Vault
A lot of free samples.
